Kid Care Pediatrics

Haven't been here in 4 years. When we left we owed nothing, left because of bad communication. On Christmas Eve they put $1600 in collections under my name. Never sent a bill, never even received a service in this time. Currently being disputed but it's going to hurt me still. Should be WAY more diligent in insuring your putting correct bills in correct accounts.

We currently see Dr Leffel and love her but I agree with many of the reviews here regarding the office staff. More often than not, they are rude and I wish they were just nice to their patients because it would make a world of difference. I am actively looking for another doctor and am looking exploring other options.

I used to see two different doctors, one for my son and one for my daughter, in this location, but when I started visiting Doctor Omar Gomez for my son’s appointments I really felt and feel very comfortable that I decided to only see him for both of my kids. He explains and answers all the questions I have the way I understand, I only have great things to say about Mr Gomez, and He’s also bilingual. Front end staff very Friendly, and the nurses are great with kids and parents! I’m very happy in this location.

First, I want to say how much I absolutely love my kids’ doctor, Dr. Leffel. She’s amazing, attentive, and always takes great care of my children. The reason I’m giving 3 stars is because of the experience I had today with the front office staff. I brought my child in for a sick visit and had to leave work in a hurry—so much so that I accidentally left my purse. When I arrived, I was informed I had a previous balance. That was no issue at all—I fully understand and intended to pay it. I explained to the front desk staff that I didn’t have my payment method with me, and the first lady said that was fine and to just speak to someone when checking out.
