I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dr. Narula's office for my mother’s dental care, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the experience. From the moment we walked in, the staff was welcoming and efficient, and we didn’t have to wait long at all — something I really appreciate. Dr. Narula took his time to do a very thorough inspection and explained everything clearly and patiently. He was kind, attentive, and made sure my mother felt completely comfortable. We needed a few fillings, and the process was smooth and painless. Dr. Narula's gentle approach and attention to detail truly stood out. We were so happy with the care that we returned for my daughter's orthodontic consultation for braces. Once again, the experience was excellent. Dr. Narula provided honest, knowledgeable advice

The customer service is horrible. They are never on time. They like to make one excuses after another. This is our 2nd visit and they have not reviewed the dental treatment plan with us. This is after I’ve written 2 emails to express how unprofessional they are for making my children wait for 2 hours for a cleaning. Today, we waited an hour before my child was called in to begin dental work. If you have nothing to do and want to sit around in a dental office, this is a perfect place for you. Carve out 2-3 hours to hang out here while they ignore you. On top of that, the quality of care is poor!

Tried this place back in 2021-2022. First appointment I had 5 cavities (3 minor & 2 medium) the first time the dentist (guy dentist) injected my gum with the shot to numb that area/side I felt horrible almost immediately. Couldn’t really breathe, my throat felt like it swelled, felt tightness on my head, and just felt anxiety. I did mention this to the dentist and all he did was question if I was healthy (which I was) and just made weird/confused faces. So I had to tough it out then afterwards when everything was done. I got up from the chair and I felt so dizzy and felt faint and nauseous. Had to sit down and wait a bit, a nice assistant even put the fan on. Then after I regained somewhat strength, I left. Editing my original review because of the past two times I’ve been here! I was made to wait 2+ hours even when I had an appointment time AND they didn’t even see me because there was something going on with my insurance yet they did not tell me until after the fact. Terrible service. You’re better off going elsewhere for your dental needs.

Attentive and professional front desk staff. Awesome dental work and pain free. I highly recommend him to others..
