I like that they open at 7am, allowed me to go before work. Easy to get to, plenty of parking. Ample room in the waiting room. The receptionist was caring and efficient. Medical assistant friendly and caring. PA was friendly and seemed knowlegldgable. I had to push for a strep test, despite my symptoms. I appreciated that she was trying to save me the money for the test, citing she was treating me with antibiotics regardless of results. However, as contagious as strep is, I think it should at least be offered. I knew my insurance wouldn't cover the full cost, but the cost was minimal vs the peace of mind that I wasn't going into work spreading that. Going early in the morning was a positive experience. The doctor and nurses were amazing with our 7 year old daughter. They were very patient and very thorough with her and made her feel so comfortable given the situation. We left knowing that she had received great quality care. You can tell they very much care about their patients. We definitely recommend this urgent care.

Have always had a good experience at the old location and the new. Receptionists are nice and friendly, as well as the nurses. I rarely have waited for more than a few mins to be seen. The doctors are always helpful and understanding and listen to your issues without trying to quickly get you out. If you don't have a regular family doctor, can't get an appointment with your normal doctor, or have an urgent no emergency medical issue this is the place to go. You will be taken care of 🙂

New Keystone Urgent Care located in New Keystone Professional Center at corner of Norland and Fifth Street. Address is Chambers Hill Drive. This review is connected to the old office, however, I expect the care in the new office location to be as excellent or better! I have needed Keystone Urgent Care several times for both injury and illness. They have treated me quickly and efficiently with professional care.

Took my fiancé here with a gash in the bottom of his chin after an MVA. We went through the entire intake process. When the provider came to our room, he took a quick look at the wound and decided that he couldn’t do stitches. He referred us to the ER. What Urgent Care center can’t do stitches? PS- the ER doc that we saw at Wellspan was fantastic. We told him what happened at this Urgent Care center and he was baffled. He said there is no reason why the stitches couldn’t have been performed there. So now, we are stuck with two large medical bills. That’s right, we got charged for the visit at this Urgent Care center, even though they didn’t do anything. Never coming here again.
