Just started using Keystone as our new pharmacy and its AWESOME. Super fast service and easy refill process. Im soooo thankful our Dr recommended them. Giant eagle was a whole nitemare.
Amazing staff. Always very nice and helpful. Best pharmacy I have ever used, never had a bad experience here seriously can't say enough good things about this pharmacy and it's staff.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever been to! Rude Unprofessional And liars.This rinky dink joke of an old-fashioned pharmacy solicited me by mail prior to my rite aid going out of business. With promises of courtesy and friendly service and information from the pharmacist anytime. Well that's not the case. It's the opposite. This crappy pharmacy has no systems. No text alerts or anything you could get information from so you have to contact the pharmacist. They don't even give you information leaflets in with your medication. Which of course forces you to talk to the pharmacist. their hours are terrible and they're not open sundays.Their delivery service is terrible and they delivery service does not give receipts. I was only with them for 2 months and they screwed everything up so bad
This place SUCKS! I am on multiple prescriptions monthly and so is my husband. I decided that I was going to switch over ever since Giant Eagle closed in North Versailles, BAD IDEA to say the very least One of the prescriptions that I am on long term is Dilaudid. Knowing that this medication isn't the typical pain reliever, I specifically called Keystone Pharmacy about 2 months ago to ensure that they do carry it before I switched it from White Oak Giant Eagle to them. The gentlemen I originally spoke to was very nice and whenever I asked him if they carried it and explained the monthly quantity , he placed me on hold and then came back with a positive "Oh Yes, we carry this medication and it is in stock. This medication was due to be filled today, so just as a precaution, I called them to
