Keystone Pharmacy

I had a great experience yesterday at keystone. I had a big issue with my insurance and needed my meds asap. They went out of their way to help me, and I got my meds without a big financial hardship. I am so grateful to them for the help. Plus they did this on a extremely busy day for them. It is refreshing to know there are still places of business loyal to their customers.

I called to inquire if they had a medication in stock. I explained that my normal pharmacy had it ordered but I only had 2 days of medication left and did not want to run out. They asked my name a number, place me on hold, then say they do carry it but I would need to switch all of my meds to their pharmacy and told me I was a red flag. wow. I understand this to a point but they clearly could see my history and that I was a month and a week past the last fill. this is a hell of a way to treat potential customers.

Great first experience with this pharmacy-we have been having increasing challenges with getting even run of the mill scripts filled with our usual pharmacy-waited over five weeks and the pharmacy still has not filled our script- the doctors office called keystone and they had it in stock that day the pharmacists was available to talk to and answer questions, the store was clean and not overly cluttered with good spacing. The assistants were helpful. Overall, a great experience.

The staff here is amazing to say the least! I had a few minor issues at my old pharmacy that had I used for years, called here and they had me taken care of the same day! They were extremely helpful, kind, caring and compassionate to me and my situation. They treat you with respect! They went above and beyond for me. I will continue to use this pharmacy knowing I can count on the people here to care about my needs!

I went in to pick up my allergy medication but my eye drops weren’t in until the next day. I went home and the doctor dropped my eye drops off for me. I definitely give this place five stars! They always have my other medications in and are really friendly. I would definitely recommend this pharmacy!
