My primary care provider transferred to this practice from Carlisle, and I subsequently chose to follow her to Keystone Family Medicine. As always, Kelly R. is exceptional, dedicating ample time to listen carefully and offer thoughtful solutions regarding my health concerns. Additionally, the staff at this facility are exceptionally friendly, demonstrating kindness and patience in their interactions. Nurse Emily has been responsible for taking my vital signs and reviewing my medical history during the two visits I have had thus far; she is truly courteous and compassionate. Thank you for the outstanding care you provide to your patients. In an era where physicians are often hurried to complete appointments swiftly, I sincerely appreciate the time and attention invested in my well-being.

I’ve been seeing Joe McDermott for around 10 years all together, so when he came back to family med- I knew I needed to get back in with him. I’ve had some medical issues in the past and don’t really like going to the doctor, but I needed to due to some cardiac issues. I was scheduled with Joe, but he had an emergency so I scheduled with someone else. We all know it is frustrating when you can’t see your regular doctor, especially working in healthcare… i thought it was going to be a waste of a trip. This doctor was fantastic, and I just wanted to give him a shout out. Olawale Adeyemi, MD at Keystone Family Medicine - Catherine Street, sat and listened, actually listened… making sure he noted each detail and then going over my lab results. The notion that this place charges less than other medical practices, and that they will work with you on your bill is untrue. They charge $358 for an office visit if you don't have insurance, and expect you to pay it within 10 days of seeing them. Yeah right. Behavioral Health department charges $500 for a visit without insurance, and both will pester you constantly until it's paid. If you are working poor like me without insurance don't expect a financial break here. You won't get one. I had to file for bankruptcy along with other medical debt to finally get them to leave me alone.

Absolutely amazing care facility. Kelly Richards is very detail oriented. She is very thorough. She listens to her patients concerns, and promptly addresses any, and all issues. I would highly recommend this practice, and Kelly Richards to everyone.

If the choice is between here or death, get your affairs in order. I got a few tests done and have been trying to get ahold of them to discuss results. I have called 12 times over the past 2 weeks. No one has ever answered the phone. Go literally anywhere else. You would get better medical care in the back of a van in Tijuana.
