Key Pharmacy

This is by far the best pharmacy we have ever used. They work with the highest level of professionalism and even offer same-day home delivery for prescriptions, which is incredibly convenient. The staff are outstanding — always polite, kind, and ready to go above and beyond to help. The service is excellent, the team is wonderful, and we truly feel cared for every time. This has become our favorite family pharmacy, and we are so grateful for everything they do.

The team at Key Pharmacy is absolutely amazing! I've been a patient/customer for some time and the new ownership group is head and shoulders the best Pharmacy i've ever visited. They're so kind, courteous, prompt, helpful and always thinking about how to make things easy for you. From prompt filling of scripts, to calls and information on how to take. They work with you to find the most affordable option, help you find alternatives, In a world where the big pharmacies are such a pain to deal with and put profits over patients, i'm so grateful to have a local pharmacy like Key. They're truly the best!

Ira and staff are unmatched! He has been my pharmacist for over 20 years. He is professional, patient, knowledgeable, experienced, helpful and kind. Ira is type of pharmacist that they don’t make anymore. He truly gives one hundred percent care to his patients and the level of care is unlike anything I’ve ever experienced anywhere else. I feel very blessed to have been able to benefit from his help and knowledge for this long!

The new owners are amazing. She makes sure I have all my medications and I have never been with out any of my medications. One of them is always a shortage and I have never been with out out she always always makes sure I have it before my next refill. I couldn’t have asked for better treatment. Amazing staff nice and clean office.Definitely recommend 10/10.

Ira sold the pharmacy. The new owners are awful, rude and useless. My doc called in my Rx as per the usual. I call the pharmacy after I get off work, as per the usual, so I can get my monthly refill the useless woman who answered the phone nonchalantly tells me they don't have my medication. I ask if they will have it over the next few days she says maybe in a month! I ask if they can transfer my Rx to another pharmacy and she says no. It's Friday, 12/29, 5PM. My doc's office is closed and most local mom & pop pharmacies are closing soon, especially given its the weekend before New Years. Luckily, my relationship with my doc is like the one I had with Ira so she takes care of me at 6PM on a holiday weekend and calls Rite Aid for me. Ira would have never left me in a situation like this. E
