10/10 service. From the first phone call to speaking with a kind, patient nurse, everything was excellent. I was able to get a same-day appointment, which was greatly appreciated. Check-in was smooth, and the front desk staff was welcoming and helpful with new patient forms. I came in for facial edema and filler-related inflammation, and the doctor was compassionate, confident, and reassuring. I never felt judged, she never tried to scare me into going to the ER (I have been to many with 0 results) and everything was explained clearly. Since starting the prescribed medication, my facial swelling has already reduced by nearly 50% and continues to improve daily. Dr Nguyen and her staff are always very helpful, informative, and super nice. They faxed in lab requests quickly (I left my request at home). They quickly send in prescriptions and refills. Dr Nguyen is so nice. She has a great bedside manner and is very knowledgeable about dermatology. I’ve been seeing her for years and she has handled each situation with great care. I highly recommend Key Dermatology.

Dr. Julie Nguyen and her staff are absolutely fantastic!! She is extremely thorough in her examinations from head to toe - literally!! In addition that that they are very personable and explain their findings in easy to understand language and always ask if I have any more questions. I have been a patient of her for many years and recommend her and her staff with a 10 Star Rating!!!

I never have to wait more than 5 minutes to see the doctor. She (Dr. A.) is incredibly thorough in her examination and explains it to me in a way I can understand. She always takes the time to write what I need to do on a small notepad so I won’t forget the details of what she said. She made me feel very comfortable when I was nervous about my condition. Check-in is speedy and friendly. Check-out is the same. The entire staff is caring and compassionate and I always feel like they listen and understand my needs. I am well taken care of when I visit.

The five star reviews are valid for this physician and all the staff at Key Dermatology. My initial and subsequent contacts with the office manager and staff were friendly and informative. We worked together, prior to my appointment, to ensure the best possible use of my insurance coverage. Upon arrival to my appointment, I noticed that the office layout is truly handicapped accessible with wide thresholds, ample waiting area and seating. The facility is clean, appealing and well maintained. The medical staff are friendly, truly kind, helpful and knowledgeable. I was pleasantly amazed at the their willingness to provide physical assistance during the examination and explain the treatment recommendations in a way I understood. During the check out process, I was given detailed, written i
