I had nerve damage in my left wrist and elbow. I am a lefty just so you know. I have had two nerve conduction studies and the last one was well over a year old. I hesitated on surgery after seeing two separate surgeons. The first one was very old ( not the issue) but when he showed me what and where carpel tunnel and the ulner nerve transposition surgery would happen on my arms, both of his hands were shaking. I made another appointment with a neuro and he told me he wasn't familiar with the ulner nerve surgery but could do the wrist. I got turned off from the surgery until a few months ago where the numbness, crushing burning pain got intense. I researched several doctors and found Dr Kessler. Dr Kessler has worked on both of my knees years ago, I had.Injured my left me again and kind of had an emergency situation and was able to call on a Thursday. Tracy helped me and got me an appointment Friday morning. At 815 Doctor Kessler diagnosed my knee treated me and sent me on my way. I can tell you how much I appreciate these people. These reviews that say they're not helpful are absolutely crazy. They have taken good care of me for many years. The front office staff have been nothing but polite, helpful and caring every time I go there.

I read all the 1 star reviews. I will say my personal experience was quite different. I had no problems scheduling an appointment. I found their email and text communications extremely efficient where phone calls were not necessary. I found Dr Kessler to listen to my concerns about chronic pain. I knew surgery was a definite option, as I was maxed out of other options. Keep in mind this was my first appointment and my first experience with the office. I want to add, that from my previous ortho appointments with a variety of ortho doctors; this appointment I was in and out in about an hour and never once felt rushed. I have sat 2-3 hours waiting for other doctors. I hope this continues with follow up appointments following surgery.
