Dr. Lapoff is the best! He was my podiatrist for about 20 years. Top notch! Now that I'm living out of state, he still helps me out over the phone now and then. Not many doctors will go the extra mile, but Dr. Lapoff does with a smile!!

If I could give this practice 0 stars I would. I made an appointment 3 months ago for Orthotics. Dr. Lapoff took impression of feet and said they would call when orthotics were ready. I called a month later and receptionist said they were not ready. I called again a month later and they said they were still not ready and that when orthotics came in I would not have to pay for them as it was taking so long. In the meantime I have gotten 3 past due invoices for $450.00 for orthotics I never received. I tried calling again and the receptionist who was incredibly rude and unprofessional hung up on me. Save yourself heartache and DO NOT go to this practice.

I was genuinely looking forward to becoming a new patient at this practice, especially after reading so many positive reviews about the physician. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff left me disappointed and ultimately changed my decision. When I called to schedule a new patient appointment, the receptionist seemed uninterested and made it clear that the office would be closed soon. I explained that my needs were not urgent and that I was fine waiting. However, she continued to discourage me from booking by emphasizing how far out the doctor was scheduled—into September. I had to reassure her multiple times that I was okay with the wait. Dr. Lapoff is a gem. He fixed my painful ingrown toenail (after lots of numbing), was engaging and pleasant throughout, and I never once felt rushed. His entire office staff is friendly and helpful as well. Highly recommended for all your podiatry needs!

This was my first vist with Dr. Lapoff. His staff is very professional and courteous. I was seen in a timely manner and Dr. Lapoff was proffesional, and clearly knowledgeable about his craft. Great chair side manner and possessed a pleasant wittyness. He wasted no time in accessing my condition and starting a preliminary treatment. I didn't expect the added bonus of nail cutting, filing, and a generous portion of sample topical medication. I appreciated the quick precise treatment without attempts to pile on unnecessary procedures. I'm very pleased and highly recommend his practice.
