It was my first visit to your facility and my appointment was at 815 i was asked to show up at I 750 and I did. But did not get called back till 840 and did not see the physician till about 9- 910. At that hour in the morning I am not sure why appointments should be behind by almost and hour. However the doc made me feel that he is someone I would trust with such a surgery. And unless my insurance doesn't let me i will be letting him do this procedure. I feel relatively safe

I had my hip replaced in June 2025 by Dr. Pinkos. Prior to surgery he discussed all other options and explained the benefit and risk. He answered all questions I had. When I decided to have the procedure his office coordinated every step with me. Communication was easy using the patient portal. This procedure was made easier by the efforts of all. I couldn't be happier with the care rendered by Dr. Pinkos and his staff. I highly recommend.

Dr. Pinkos took the time to listen, explained my condition in a way that I understood, and took my concerns seriously. I was seen on time and he didn’t rush my appointment. I absolutely recommend Dr. Pinkos. I would like to shout out Brennan for taking the time to learn a bit about my history and providing me with the paperwork for at home exercises to assist in my healing.

What a great experience. Dr Pinkos listened, reviewed my past records before entering the room. He is extremely patient with the questions I had. He explained my options and helped me come up with a plan that was right for me. Very professional. I felt cared for by all the employees I interacted with. Highly recommend.

Terrible communication with this location. I've been going around making phone calls to try to get seen only to be told something different when I arrive. I called before if I could be seen and I was told they were taking 'walk-ins'. Getting misinformation is very frustrating especially if a patient is in pain and having to go back and forth. I would have appreciate it if the staff would have told me instead that they were not taking any walk-ins and what doctor was available instead of wasting time. I did not care if the front desk said they would not take me because it would have been a huge waste of time regardless. If the right doctor isn't there, then there is no point in being seen. I rolled my eyes when the front desk said they would call the other location because I already called
