I wouldn’t recommend seeing her. She lacked empathy, professionalism, and clear communication all things that should be fundamental in healthcare. I had a very upsetting experience with this “nurse practitioner” today. I went in because I wasn’t feeling well and tested positive for COVID. The moment she saw the result, she panicked. (Which she didn’t even do the test) She didn’t ask me about my symptoms, didn’t let me speak, and instead rushed to get me out of the room as quickly as possible it felt like I was being treated like a danger, not a patient. I understand safety protocols are important, but her attitude was completely unprofessional and cold.
