Don’t recommend at all, had an appointment today at 8am, left my house a little before 7 in the morning because I live 40 minutes away and I always like to be cautious of traffic. I ended up getting stuck in traffic on the highway for 25-30 minutes right before the exit because of a car accident. I tried to call but their phones don’t turn on until 8 in the morning. I called right at 8 because I was going to be about 14 minutes late, and a guy answered and assured me I would be okay to be that late and he understood. Get there and there were 3 ladies sitting in the front door who did not even greet me. I try to explain the situation and how I called right at 8 and was told I would be okay, and the lady cut me off and was not trying to hear what I had to say. Told me I had to reschedule, an

The general attitude towards patients is the reason for this low rating. They completely refused any leeway in the case of medical urgency. Recently I needed a pre op exam. They would not accommodate me. The surgery needed to be done as soon as possible so I needed a pre op visit which is very basic. I am a patient there with regular check ups. The office told me the “surgeon” would have to reschedule my surgery which is totally inappropriate and non accommodating.

Doctor is wonderful and caring. Place is clean. They take their time with me. I’m guessing the long wait is because of the extra time the doctors spend with their patients. I’m okay with that if that means they take their time with me too

I have been seeing Dr.Gleason since 2020 and she has been amazing. I have sent several friends to her. And they love her to. The whole staff is wonderful,friendly and very nice. HRP

Their appointments are way to long u have to wait over an hour of appointment time overall rating I give them a 1 nobody should have to wait so long at an appointment!!!! Appointment was at 3:15 and it is 4:46 still at appointment place is closed now still here this is ridiculous!!!! They obviously schedule to many people for one day it is now 4:50 still here.... It is now almost 5:00 still here and my appointment was at 3:15 it is always like this and they are closed they closed at 4:30 and I'm just now leaving appointment it is 4:56 doctor's name is Dr Kathleen lange
