Kettering Health Medical Group Urology - Main Campus Pavilion

Came from NJ to the Epilepsy Walk to support a family member. It was truly worth the Drive, the people was friendly and we had a very nice time. Can't wait to do it again.

Because they cheaped out on their cyber security they expect patients to now drive to their office last minute for an appointment that was setup well over a month ago as a telehealth. Further, they leave no way to call them back.

Doctor Kuwong Mwamukonda, my husband has waited over a month for appointment. They texted him to confirm his appointment yesterday evening. He accidently put 3 in text to cancel and didn’t mean to because he is 65 years old diabetic and kidney disease. His eyes wasn’t focused. He called first thing this morning and the scheduler was so rude and said she couldn’t get him in until September 12th. We explained what happened and how important it is for him to see doctor. she said September 12th Her name is Michelle she said it was anyways. This office is inconsiderate and rude. I actually found my husband another Urologist and he goes Friday August 16th in few days. No doctors office should be scheduling that far out if its an order another doctor referred saying see patient asap.

Kettering hospital is a joke. Please do not go there if you have a problem going to the bathroom. The doctors have no clue how to help you and they charge the insurance company while you suffer
