They were all so professional and efficient! It was 4:15 and they treated me and got me out of there before 5! Thorough exam by the nurse and Dr Andrew, I think, maybe not a Dr, but better! They gave me a thorough exam, a UTI test and results, a prescription and a steroid shot! I would highly recommend them for urgent care!!

Wasn’t going to write this but they texted me and asked for feedback so here it is. I am not very happy with the service today. I am a healthy 30yr old stubborn male so when I decide I need to see the Dr. it is somewhat serious. I came in for a concern on my leg. After paying a fee I was checked in by two very polite young women (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️) and was weighed in by another great and friendly nurse. The nurse listened to my concerns and took them seriously (⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️). After waiting in the exam room the DR. Andrew walks in. Dr.- “Let me see it” Me-I show him my concern. Dr-“Oh yeah its an infection. I’ll prescribe some antibiotics and knock it out” Me-(Are you sure? Is it serious?) Dr.-(well what do you do for work?) Me-(construction) Dr.-(out in the woods?) I was grateful for the quick service I received. The receptionist was awesome. Very friendly. Turns out I only had a minor emergency. The Doctor was very nice, polite. This was my second visit to the location.

Rose Cobb walk in patient it’s always a problem /discrepancy of paperwork or something .They did not call in my Sumatriptan migraine Rx in time today! Walgreens Kerrville Tx said they would have tomorrow a.m. 2/26/ 2026. Last time I was in for painful knees & balls in backs of my knees hurting & doctor said she did not know what time tell me & could not help. She did not want to look at it either! What a friendly staff and caring atmosphere in an urgent care facility! The nurses were thorough and Doctor Andrew Tillman did an amazing job getting my hand stitched back together. They are a REAL & HONEST group of medical professionals that you can trust! No need to go anywhere else, I have found my primary care doctor and medical staff!! I’d give them 10 stars!!
