If you don't care for the ma and pop kinda vibe, they know your name, they're always smiling, make you feel welcome.Then this place isn't for you.I left a very large pharmacy to get a specific medicine.I was a little worriedwith it being so small.That they might be judging.So far from the truth. I didn't know the price of my meds would raise,no it's cheaper.The pharmacist is absolutely amazing .The entire staff more than welcoming. It's nice knowing they care. And I don't just feel like it's about the money.

These folks give the kind of service we got in the "old days". Kim was very helpful and took the time to help me find exactly what I was looking for.

We've been using Kerrville Drug Co. for over 24-yrs now and are so pleased with them and their friendly staff. No matter our issue or inconvenience with refills they are the consummate Happy Helpers! All of them, and in those 24+ years of doing business with them, ALL of their staff are above & beyond courteous and helpful, every single visit! Wouldn't use any other pharmacy except them.

This is the GREATEST PHARMACY EVER! CARLY/CHARLOTTE/MARGIE ETC are ALL great caring people. Everyone is kind and patient with all your questions, and truly CARE about you getting your medications!!! I can't say enough positive comments to describe how great this place is.

These people could not be nicer or more helpful. We have a part time home in Kerrville and came for a 2 week stay that turned into a 3+ week stay. We ran out of some of our prescriptions and they helped get us a weeks worth of our meds to get us back home. We are so thankful. If we were full time residents we would definitely choose them for our prescriptions. Loved their smiling friendly service in the face of this once in a generation storm we were treated to.
