This Review is Pertaining to the Stockdale Hwy office.****Bring Back Doctor Bekarev!!!!!!! *rarely leave negative reviews on doctors because the Job is not easy, but I feel it’s important to share our experience so other families can make informed decisions. We used to get excellent care before they changed the entire staff!!! Our visit”s with this new pediatrician was deeply disappointing and concerning. Not only did we feel dismissed and unheard, but the doctor outright refused to complete essential medical paperwork for our child paperwork that other providers have never hesitated to help with. If you want pediatricians that will get worked up with your anxious child after a head injury, this is the place for you! My child has a reasonable reaction of unease when it comes to doctor’s office, she is 4. My issue is with how the staff in office handled this unease. It became them telling her if she wasn’t still they’d send her to the hospital to be stitched up with a big needle, or even them attempting to cover her mouth because she was screaming. This is unfair to her, and overall a horrible experience. Even after enduring this, she was given no pain medication, no instructions for after care. Just a crudely placed glue and bandages with a few stickers. A pediatrician with no patience is INSANE! No wonder the place was empty. We will not be back.

We love Dr. Bekarev. She is a wonderful pediatrician and takes the time to talk you through every thing. I found KMC pediatrics by just calling around for my son’s circumcision and I’m so thankful I found them. I immediately switched pediatricians once I met her. She is friendly, calm, informative, and intelligent. I never feel rushed at appointments and I like that the office is fairly quiet. Their front desk ladies are great too! My family feels very blessed to have found KMC pediatrics and Dr. Bekarev!

Ever since my son has been a patient here the Doctors were short staffed so he would see a different Dr almost every time which I was understanding about and never complained. Today 1/9/23 he had an appointment with Dr Mandviwala for 10:15 am but I was running just a few minutes late, I called ahead to inform them and they said it was no issue as long as I was there by 10:30am but I was never informed about the location change. On the website and on google it still says the old address so that’s where I showed up to only to find an empty building with the new address on the door.
