I had a very horrible experience here, will never ever again go here and I don't encourage anyone else going here for help. First when I arrived I laid in emergency room for hours, very sick, they came to me said I was being admitted. The staff in ER are so rude, and lazy, don't care about patients, all they care about is themselves talking to one another, laughing, and ask a question they are rude and act as if ,"Why" I got admitted horrible, when I first got in to room I was ok walking and able to get up on my own. They came in gave me come kind of pill saying it was hydroxyzine, 4 hours later I get up to go to bathroom and I had to use a walker because having trouble walking, got close to bed and I fell and hit my head on a big thing and a nurse asked my caregiver one who was standing b

I went into kern medical On February 7, because I was having asthma issues I took multiple breathing treatments at home. I also went to the urgent care and took a breathing treatment, got a steroid shot but that’s did not help with my breathing. I was then referred to kern medical hospital They put me in a small room with oxygen mask. They didn’t even give me an IV until I asked for one and they gave me breathing treatment after breathing treatment even though I already had told them that they weren’t working and that I already had about seven breathing treatments at that time I’ve been asthmatic all my life, and I know my body very well and I told them my body doesn’t reject breathing treatments and that something else’s has to be wrong . However, they did not listen to me. All they did

I've heard many bad things about this hospital We had no choice of what hospital to choose, when my husband was brought here after his motorcycle accident via ambulance (8pm). As soon as he got to the hospital, he was given care right away along with strong pain meds for his broken bones. Both RNs Ariana and Jimmy, were extremely helpful throughout the night. They kept checking on him to make sure he was comfortable and letting him know what the next steps were. The hospital was super busy. at the time, i had to wait 4 hours in the lobby until I could see him because they were doing two procedures on him. As soon as they were done, they put him in a room and they came to look for me in the lobby to take me to him. They gave him food to make sure he could keep the food down and new clothes

I had a horrible experience that could have been prevented with better communication between surgical post op nurses and patient families. Since they won’t tell you, I will. If your scheduled surgery goes longer than expected and you are still in post op after visiting hours are over, your family can’t see you. My husband’s surgical appointment was at 10:45 AM. He went into surgery at 1:45 PM. His 2-3 hr surgery took 6 (which I completely understand, he’s high risk and it was more complicated once he was opened up, still, was worried sick after the 4 hour mark). Our surgeon spoke with me and then left at 7. Visiting hours ends around 8:10-8:15PM, there’s an announcement. The waiting room has a telephone to contact the nurses station, and when I called to check on my husband at 9 PM, I was

Went to ER for Extreme Hypertension, chest pain and shallow breathing, and was told to stay seated in ER. They left me there for over 5 hours. And if you get up and ask nicely how much longer it may be, you are treated like crap. I thought all the remodeling they did was supposed to make this ER operate better, but it's way worse than it has ever been with TERRIBLE wait times. Do NOT go here your better off at another ER in town.
