Let me be VERY clear. My wife and I welcomed our baby boy on 2/18/2026. Less than THREE HOURS after being discharged from a Bakersfield hospital, our newborn started shaking uncontrollably. He was not cold. We were terrified and rushed back immediately. This is where it gets ugly. A nurse took his vitals, sent us back to the waiting room, and when we were finally called back she loudly says: “MOM ONLY.” Excuse me? WE. ARE. BOTH. MOM. We are a married lesbian couple. There is no “real mom.” There is no “extra parent.” There is no reason I should have to explain my family in order to be present for my child’s emergency medical care. I came in Today and ER staff extremely rude. Hispanic Man and Women Both starting ganing up on me when I asked for my patience rights . The way they treat people who are apart of the community is so unprofessional.

I went here for lab work. Was process quick. Took about 15 to 30 minutes since the covid-19 I thought I was going to be there a long time. But It was really quick. I return to here to day and the emergency waiting room is empty. They're not letting anyone in but the patients which is a good thing all the other times I been to this hospital it was always packed. But I was told that inside the emergency room they are super busy. Bathroom is very nice and clean.

I was left in hallway for 2 days. Horrible, uncaring staff. Nothing for extreme pain, which turned out to be pancreatitis....NEVER AGAIN! PLEASE, NEVER GO THERE UNLESS YOU WANT MPRE PAIN!!!

This hospital stuff is rude unprofessional and they don't care about the people coming in or waiting , the hospital is dirty as hell , stuff is eating on plain site cross contamination everywhere, we came in , the guy on the window talked to us very rude and told us go to the chair (just like that , not welcome how may I Help you ? nothing , people at the bar is more nice than these folks , 🤮) ,with such a bad attitude and non welcoming tone , we JUST MOVE HERE , HOW IN THE WORLD , we would know what to do , we waited in the week chair because my grandfather was in pain , a girl medical assurance taken to us like in 30 minutes only to tell us did you registered yet , the lazy rude registering the patient was worse he never told us anything, or offer to help us , he saw us waiting there for
