Called to follow up on a referral. The lady who answered the phone was comically rude. Was told the doctor reviewed the files and has decided not to see me. I said why? She said he didn’t specify. He reviews the cases and either says yes or no. lol!! Don’t waste your time with this joke 🤡 of an establishment.

Very bad attitude, unprofessional behavior by the answering staff. I found Dr. Grimes through Google search as I am new in town as you can see on his website hand and wrist procedure. I called the number listed to make an appointment before I could even say more than my wrist nad hand, the lady cut me off very rudely and said Dr. Doesn't treat hand, then update your f**king website. And show some compassion to sick people, no one calls Doctor office just for for fun, it's quite common in many medical receptionists have no compassion talking to sick patients. I don't know if he is a good doctor or not but from his front staff behavior I give One star to him as well. Employees demonstrates the behavior of their bosses how the staff is treated.

I reported a problem 4 weeks ago and they failed to respond in any way

Dr. Grimes is a wonderful surgeon whogave me back the full use of my shoulder from an impingement. They are set up with all of the latest equipment inhouse, will contact the insurance company during the visit to clear the way for the surgery at the same time as the appointment.

The office personal is extremely rude, they cut you off when your asking questions. If you don’t like your job then quite, if your job is assisting patients with questions don’t treat them so rude.. after all they do pay for your paycheck .. no patients equals no work!! They would all benefit from a customer service and work ethics seminar!!!
