While competent, there is no indication before or after the visit of what the charges will be. I got a tiny little receipt and was charged $450!!! Be warned!. She operates out of Costco in Brick, NJ. An additional of $169 for the contact lenses. A very expensive mistake. It was $385 just to fit me for the contacts! Be aware and be warned.
