Kenwood Healthcare Center

I had the opportunity to tour with Jodie and visit this healthcare center and was truly impressed. The skilled rehab team was knowledgeable and compassionate, and the respite stay options were clearly designed with comfort and dignity in mind. What stood out most was the all-female memory care unit. The residents were so loving and friendly, and the staff created an environment that felt calm, safe, and genuinely caring. You could feel the comfort the moment you walked in , it didn’t feel clinical, it felt like home. Every interaction reflected kindness, respect, and a deep commitment to quality care. This is the kind of place you would feel confident trusting with someone you love. Thank you Jodie for showing us your beautiful building!

Kenwood Terrace is a wonderful facility, the staff was very caring, courteous and friendly and their physical and occupational therapy teams were topnotch. The management and social workers went above and beyond to ensure I was well taken care of during my recovery. I'm really going to miss the people here when I go. Highly recommend this facility! 10/10

My mom recently moved into the memory care unit. I'm very impressed with the facility. Karen the unit nurse manager was helping the aides and filling in as an aide. She come to help me with moms belongings. I would recommended the facility to anyone. Thank you to the facility and karen.

I was wrong I thought I had been in the worst nursing home in Cincinnati but when I went to Kenwood of healthcare Kenwood Terrace I real really found out that there are worse. The food was cold every single meal every single day I was cussed at by nurses withheld food by AIDS I found the administration lied to me the unit nurse lied to me admissions lied to me lied to me about everything I'm surprised the state hasn't shut this place down please do not move your family there for your families and protection + 3 + 3 the administration lied the admission lady lied about everything the unit managers lied about everything there is only two good nurse assistants that I ever seen the whole time I was there four months ago it's like a cult I didn't think they was going to let me out of there I ha

This place is disgusting and un clean. I recently visited a friend and his room had flies flying around, garbage on the ground, and his room smelled horribly like urine. No staff to meet me at the door, no additional staff I could find until I got to the back of the building. My friend who stayed there mentioned the food was horrible - not even warm, most of the times cold. The parking lot is a mix of gravel and broken pavement and is in major need of replacement. There are many other options I would explore before sending your loved one here.
