We are so deeply grateful for the compassion and care we received while saying our final goodbye to our cat. We struggled deeply with the decision and the timing, but Dr. Annie Ireland was so clear, thoughtful, and honest in her guidance. It was evident that she truly had our cat’s best interest at heart, and that clarity brought us peace. Dr. Ireland (and Jonathan) were gentle, patient, and never pushed us in any direction—only supported us with empathy and professionalism. Dr. Ireland also takes wonderful care of our dogs, always showing the same level of kindness, attentiveness, and skill. We feel incredibly fortunate to have a veterinarian who leads with both heart and expertise. We couldn’t recommend her more highly. 💛

Been taking various cats here for years. I guess Dr. Coogan retired as I never see him anymore. Drs. Snyder & Ireland took over the reins I think. Both competent vets, both showing a willingness to listen to the pet owner before diagnosis. I would recommend this practice.

Dr Ireland is great. We took our Pyrenees in to see her after several other vets had failed to help her. Dr Ireland properly diagnosed and treated her, and actually saved her life. Kentmere is now our regular vet. We recently added a malamute puppy to our pack and now both dogs go to Kentmere.
