This place should be shut down. They have staff there who verbally, mentally, emotionally and spiritually abuse people. The residents rooms are filthy and in poor condition, and I have the pictures 🖼️ to prove it. The air conditioner is inoperative. Some rooms have four people to a room, and the windows are difficult to open, probably that way to ensure safety for the residents, but they will not provide fans to keep them cool. It was extremely hot in the room while visiting my loved one. There's no holes in the walls, missing tile, dirt behind the door once it's closed. Some days my loved one has NOT received meals, sometimes as much as two meals a day. The Department of Health should conduct an investigation. This facility is great. The staff took great care of my uncle after he was released from the hospital. The staff ensured he made exceptional progress each day, leading up to his discharge home. Would recommend!

Place is poorly managed. The rooms are filthy. The furniture is falling apart and my mom was sitting in the same spot since she arrived the night before without any clothes on except the gown she came from the hospital with. They didn't have a wheelchair for her and she can not walk and no help getting to use the bathroom. I need help in getting my mom out of there.

On my behalf for my Mother, the facility has provided the attention and Physical therapy that surpasses other resort type facilities. From the nurses station to the physical therapy department, they always provided our family with updates and frank discussion to make important decisions. The physical therapy department are Performing miracles in my opinion to give a love one the ability to return to a normal sense of life and mobility. The facility may be small, but they provide a big impact of care and compassion. Hats off to Cerisa Zeno for going the extra mile helping our family

Recently had my Father there for respite care. The staff were really great with my Dad. Thank you Cynthia and Cerisa for making sure he was well taking care of. My Dad had a fresh shave and was clean on the day I picked him up. Thank you Kensington rehabilitation fir great care.
