First this about the unprofessional woman that answers the phone. After waiting for a couple months I had an appointment for 8am today. As I'm getting ready to leave I get a text saying they need to reschedule my appointment. I call and the woman tells me the doctor won't be in today, I say OK and she never asks me if I would like to reschedule. That was the entire conversation. I hope the doctor can afford to loose business because or her. Again I never was able to see the doctor, this review is about how unprofessional the person answering the phone was.
Love Dr. Duff! He is kind and explain things thoroughly.
