We chose this dentist for my grandchildren based on their insurance and I would not recommend. We had one cleaning appointment and made a second appointment. I placed the second on the wrong calendar day by mistake, so we missed it. The day after the appointment, I received a voicemail from someone in the office that was quite rude. I waited a few days to call and reschedule and explain my mistake. I was met with hostility & a very argumentative woman on the other end of the phone. I asked her name and after first chastising me, Olivia (Office Manager) said to me, “ I will forgive you only once and that is it. We do not reschedule no shows. Do you understand?” SOOOOO….. If you like being chastised to like a child, spoken to without respect & treated with rudeness, then this could be y

State websites says the take state insurance they are not accepting new patients and the front desk lady was extremely rude. Hung up on me mid sentence. Extremely unprofessional.

Thank you for getting my son in SAME day, and fix8ng his tooth pain. Everything done, and out the door in less than 2 hrs. Amazing, thank you!

Went in for their idea of a cleaning came out having spent $250 with jagged teeth and only 2 of them partially clean. Was told I needed $1200 worth of cavities filled but he didn’t even bother to show me on X-Ray and point them out and then only gave me a useless panoramic x-ray back when I left which isn’t even used to diagnose cavities. They also told my boyfriend that he could come back when the X-rays were over and then never alerted him of when that happened and already were poking around in my mouth stating a bunch of things then when I asked exactly what type of cavities they were and how bad I got no explanation. I’ve attached before and after photos of my “cleaning”.

Endless Thank You's to Ms.Olivia & Dr. Wallace for their time & help! As there were no pediatric dentists who were accepting our insurance, my 3 year old could not receive the dental care necessary for her at this age. I thought it impossible to find her a dentist anywhere! It was extremely frustrating, that is, until I spoke with Ms.Olivia over the telephone. She completely understood our needs & concerns & simply turned my draining situation into a booked appointment for that same week! Not to mention that after arriving to our appointment, Dr. Wallace gifted my girl with a princess crown that made her day! 👑
