Kenneth Scott Gee, O.D.

I purchased a pair of glasses for $320 that were supposed to be scratch proof. I brought the glasses in on 3 occasions with problems. They returned them for a new pair after the lens popped out and the frame was scratched. Then I brought them back because the screws on both sides were loose. Finally I brought them back because they were scratched and the arm fell off. The office manager was not at all helpful, and Dr. Gee said he would defer the cost for a new pair. I stated I wanted a full refund, and he wouldn't grant it. I have been going to Dr. Gee for 8 years, and thought he would be more compassionate and considerate granted my whole family sees him. I guess he's more concerned with going on vacations.
