Kenmore Mercy Hospital

An acquaintance of mine went into the Emergency Room for an issue and ended up needing to stay for about a week. Everyone at the hospital was polite; everyone was efficient; and some of the healthcare providers were exceptional. Some of the staff did not provide my acquaintance with as much time/love/care as I would have liked- but this appeared to be due to other patients. The staff seemed to be spread a little to thin to provide top notch service- but everyone seemed to be trying their best. I felt comfortable that the staff were giving my acquaintance what was needed- but not necessarily everything we'd like. Overall the care was great. but my only complaint was during discharge, I walked my acquaintance down (with most of my acquaintances personal stuff) to get the aquantance s

had hernia surgery at KMH this past wed. (2/11/2026. I cannot say enough great things about my experience. From sign in to release the entire staff was great. attending nurse Joanna was wonderful. attention to detail and cleanliness/ professionalism was 2nd to none. I hope not to need hospital service in the future, but if I do Kenmore Mercy will be top of the list. an 11 out of 10 for sure !!!

My husband has been to Kenmore Mercy’s ER many times due to a complex medical history. For years, we’ve honestly had great experiences there. The staff usually knows his history, takes his symptoms seriously, and we’ve felt comfortable going there during emergencies. Unfortunately, the last two visits have been completely different. He was seen by the same nurse practitioner both times, and she repeatedly downplayed his symptoms and medical history. Because of that, he was discharged twice from the ER, only to get worse and ultimately end up admitted for a full week after his condition was misdiagnosed and he was sent home too soon. My experience at Kenmore Mercy Hospital was nothing short of amazing all around. From the moment I walked into the building, I was treated with nothing but kindness and respect each time. Every staff member I encountered was helpful and so reassuring during the whole surgery process, they went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and confident in their care.

I had knee replacement surgery at Kenmore Mercy on Thursday January 8 and it was a great experience. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The place was clean and ran efficiently. I also had pre-op testing a few weeks earlier and everything went smoothly. I highly recommend Kenmore Mercy Hospital.
