Ken has no personality and he doesn't care how much pain you are in. Nothing can be done in 1 visit ( in my experience) He ALWAYS finds something that "needs" to be addressed!! His "emergency care" is a JOKE! If I could give 0 stars I would. He doesn't deserve a star!!!
