Very nice staff. Good food. Different every meal. Clean place. However, because of new restrictions on opiods, they are now on request or PRN as needed. This means you have to tell the nurse you need your pain meds Request them half hour before they are needed.

Kempsville Health and Rehabilitation is recognized as a five-star facility, and the reasons for this distinction are readily apparent. Upon entering the building, there is no discernible odor. The nursing team consistently demonstrates a high level of experience across all facets of patient care.

I am very pleased to say ,I am very impressed with the new way this facility is being managed. I can truly see a difference , a positive difference , it is organized , and has shown to have a more team work mentality. As we all know it takes a village to raise a child and it takes great team work with a caring attitude to take care of our parents . I appreciate all you are doing to help me take care of my mom. Thank you Ms Whitaker for stepping up to the challenge and all the great nurses and Nurses assistants that make up her team , it can only work if it starts from the top . I have assisted people in 5 nursing homes. This is by far the nicest and cleanest. Staff are friendly, starting with the front desk. She’s pure sunshine. Nurses are helpful and always available to talk to. Valerie keeps the place spotless. I would choose this place to bring a loved one.
