It seems like they keep changing personnel at this pharmacy. I’ve been having certain prescription medicines delivered via courier to my home address for a couple of years. However, in many cases, the personnel at the pharmacy seem reluctant to do so, because of the nature of some of the prescriptions.

I deeply regret switching from Dr. Dykes to Dr. Muolokwu . I have never in my life been so stressed out by a nurse , especially while pregnant. I’m currently 30 weeks along and I have yet to be seen by my OB due to how poorly this office has handled billing from the very beginning. When I first called to ask for an estimate, they told me I needed to pay $5,000 upfront. That’s a huge amount of money, but I planned for it—only to find out months later that I “should’ve” been breaking it down in payments the whole time. No one ever gave me that option. Not once. Now that I’m 30 weeks and just 10 weeks from delivery, they suddenly say I need to pay $4,000 today if I want to be seen—and when I explained I couldn’t, I was told to “find somewhere cheaper.” The nurse I spoke to, Thao, has been co
