I love the pharmacy team at KS Bay Area Clinic. They are awesome. They get 5 Stars. ~~~~~HOWEVER~~~~~ However, the higher-ups have made a tragic mistake by changing the pharmacy hours. Anyone who lives in the area but works downtown (or worse, the Galleria or across town) is now PHYSICALLY UNABLE to get their medicines. As in the LAWS OF PHYSICS MAKE IT IMPOSSIBLE. It takes at least 1 hour to get home from downtown—IF there are no accidents on the highway and traffic keeps moving. But if just one driver decides to drive stupidly, it may take 2-3 hours, depending on how bad the accident they cause is. And getting them delivered still required signatures. If they still offer that valuable service. Now they close M-F at 5:30, and they are closed on Saturdays. According to my car's comp

Lines move at a good pace, confidentiality is maintained, despite the small size, staff is helpful, kind and experienced. The staffer giving vaccines was excellent.

This team cares! They will make things happen. I found out one of my meds wouldn't be ready for a trip I was taking, in one day they not only made sure it was there but also made sure my insurance would pay for it on an override for my trip. Excellent customer service as well!

Love this pharmacy but they changed their hours and are now closed on weekends and it’s not worth risking my lunch break to come pick up my medicine especially with how long it takes them to refill things 😕

Very kind & helpful staff. Outstanding experience from start to finish. You sense their sincere need to help. LOVE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!!!!
