Kelly Richardson just doesn’t listen to the patient. She doesn’t remember or address symptoms I repeatedly tried to explain. Unfortunately, since I saw her before the office will not allow me to schedule a visit with one of doctors in the office without her signing off - although I have had colonoscopies performed by Doctors Landes and Lewis. I have no choice but to go to Augusta or UVA.

Kelly Richardson and her nurse probably are good people but there is no reason for that kind of practice to exist. I had a conversation with Kelly's nurse and my conclusion is that they take money from patients and have no medication that elevates the pain. The meds they perscribe only makes my stomach hurt in different ways and my stomach hurts most of the day. I was perscribed PANTOPRAZOLE and took it for over a year it wasn't working so they give me some medicine I can't even pick up because it's to expensive so I had LANSOPRAZOLE Delayed Release perscribed from a specialist which made my stomach hurt a completely different way so I'm on the phone with Kelly's so called nurse and she tried to lie to me more than once about the medication I've been taking not her, the nurse went on to te
