Disappointed. Had a 6 month appointment. Confirmed one week before and a reminder, morning of. I showed up, no one was there. Called and service said that office was closed and someone would call with a re-schedule. No one bothered to let me know in the 6 months prior, that they wouldn’t be there. It’s three weeks later and still haven’t received a call. I should not have to chase them down, when they dropped the ball. Very disappointed.

The MOST HONEST DENTAL OFFICE! I don’t know how to say this more clearly. They never push me into procedures, they never try to up the charges for financial gain. But what they do do is they go over your dental history and current findings and let you know what is going on. They treat what is necessary. They are very transparent and I am so glad to have them as my dental office!

Thank you for your excellent dental care. Dr. Osborne's staff is friendly and efficient. His team makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. A crown on my tooth came off and he was available to repair the same day.

I loved my experience at Keller Smiles!! The dental team was kind and professional from the second I walked in the door. My dental assistant, Oscar, was so personable and explained everything he was doing. The Dr. That saw me was so quick and easygoing! He did an amazing job at explaining what he saw. We discussed different options for retainers and he was so helpful in answering any questions I had. This will be my dentist from now on!

Dr. Osborne was referred to me by the orthodontist who performed my adult palatal expansion treatment. I’m so grateful to be in the hands of a doctor who is conscious of proper airway function and expansion. Dr. Osborne has set me up with the best possible clear aligner treatment plan.
