Kelbel Pharmacy

We have been customers of Kelbel Pharmacy for 30+ years! They are wonderful ambassadors for Harbor Springs! We have experienced such personalized service. The entire staff goes above and beyond to help with our needs as they have changed over the years! Remaining in our own home,for as long as possible,is extremely important to us. Having these people on our team really helps us to do that! I hope they know how much they are appreciated by so many!

Kelbel is the pharmacy that everyone wishes they had. After the first few visits, the staff knows you. They listen. They are competent. They answer questions. And, rarity of rarities these days, are actually patient and kind. No drive-through, but easy parking (even in the summer when the town is full of tourists). Circle the block, and you'll find a spot. Love 'em. I no longer resent having to go pick up meds. I enjoy their quirky gift inventory, and appreciate the well-chosen OTC essentials.

Super friendly and helpful staff. I wish that someday big pharmacy stores would train and treat their staff and customers like this place does.

I have not actually went to Kelbel Pharmacy yet, but spoke with Jim about a certain medication . He was SO helpful , went over and above and that impressed me right away ! We would rather support a small town family owned pharmacy than Walgreen that we were pushed to after Leaving Rite Aid, where we adored the Pharmacist's and staff.

Kelbel pharmacy is my least favorite pharmacy in northern Michigan. The behavior towards me was very distasteful. I was approached in the store and told I had to purchase a nail polish that I twisted the cap off of to look at the color. The woman who approached me had a very poor attitude and talked down to me. I gave this pharmacy 4 tries and each time I walked in it was an unpleasant experience, a rather dark and gloomy atmosphere from employees as you walk in.
