Absolutely terrible experience. I showed up on time for my appointment, only to be told it had been canceled—while I was standing there in person, I never got a phone call saying they were cancelling. Completely unprofessional and incredibly rude front staff who made zero effort to explain or accommodate, even thought they were wrong. On top of that, they kept blaming it on their “their system” as if that excuses their lack of basic communication or courtesy. If this is how they treat patients, I’d hate to see how they handle actual eye care. I won’t be returning, and I’d suggest you look elsewhere too. I would never recommend this establishment.
