I decided to leave this review because I’ve seen a tremendous improvement over the last six months at Keene Family Dental. The new team is extremely helpful and truly works to accommodate patients’ needs. Zoe and Raquel at the front desk always greet you with a smile and go the extra mile to fit appointments into your schedule. That makes a huge difference when we all have such busy lives. Raquel is especially great at clearly explaining all the financial options and is very thorough when going over treatment plans, which I really appreciate. All of the assistants in the back are kind, professional, and very helpful, creating a welcoming and comfortable environment. I can honestly say that I have never had this good of an experience in all my 54 years of life Going to the dentist. Dr Christian, I found out, was on his way to go home and He stayed to help me. And it wasn't just a few minutes. He stayed through a whole procedure Every time I've gone to the dentist, I have taken before and after pictures. I strongly advise against using Keene Family Dental. I visited the office in October for dental work and was treated by Dr. Sahar Nadimi. I required fillings for a cavity in two of my front teeth. During the procedure, my two front teeth were severely damaged, creating a gap that did not exist prior to treatment. An attempted buildup was performed afterward, but it failed completely. I was forced to seek treatment from another dentist's office to repair the damage. This resulted in extensive, unnecessary dental work and a significant amount of out-of-pocket expense and several appointments over multiple months. The damage should never have occurred and was the result of poor-quality dentistry.

Long review I apologize but worth the read Let me tell you guys I am so scared of the dentist. I recently went to dental zone in Cleburne too get some work done and a cleaning. I will first start by saying the doctor Did not explain things at all. He was telling me that he didn’t see any cavities and then he told me that I needed four fillings couldn’t tell me what teeth they were and told me I need a periodontal cleaning couldn’t tell me why. They tried to say I needed four crowns. Also couldn’t tell me why or which teeth needed the crowns.I had a terrible feeling my anxiety was through the roof so I called keene family dental to get a second opinion. I would recommend anybody to Keene Family Dental. They're very compassionate and make sure your needs are fulfilled and what most fits your budget. And they're funny too, which makes for a more enjoyable visit.
