I love this practice. The front desk is very helpful and knowledgeable. They are engaging and kind. Dr Keefer is very gentle and does a great job. The hygienists are all very skilled. They are fast, smart and thorough and have great engaging personalities. Everyone does a really great job there.

Dr. Keefer is amazing, as is his entire staff. As someone with dental anxiety, I truly appreciate how the office puts you at ease the moment you walk in—from the friendly front desk to the gentle, reassuring hygienists. You can genuinely tell he is a provider who truly cares!

Really unsatisfied with interaction with office staff. Gave confusing/wrong information and cancelled a bunch of appointments without permission. Then told it would be nearly one year until they could be rescheduled. After over a decade of a lot of business to this location felt like just a number and our loyalty as long time customer/s didn't matter as there are 'pages and pages of people just waiting for a cancellation'. Didn't seem to be any effort to make things right. The dentist and hygienest have always been nice but what happened with the 'front of the house' was very disheartening and did not represent the business well.

Everything about my first visit was amazing! Wish I would have tried them years ago. If your looking for a dentist this is the place to go!

Dr. Alex Keefer is the best. He replaced a crown on my front tooth and the results were amazing. He takes pride in his work and is the ultimate professional. He has an extremely calm demeanor that took away my anxiety. I highly recommend Dr. Alex Keefer.
