I had never experienced any issues with this pharmacy until my most recent visit. I called in two refills around 12 p.m. and spoke with a woman named Dawn, who treated me more poorly than I’ve ever been treated at any pharmacy. At first, I let it go, but a few hours later I found out I needed an MRI before my surgery, and the medications I was trying to pick up were important for my condition. I called the pharmacy again and once again spoke with Dawn. While I was trying to explain the situation, she interrupted me repeatedly and still didn’t provide clear information. When I went to pick up my prescriptions, I learned that only one was ready. The other, also for my condition, had not been filled and had to be ordered. They deliver meds for my Mom, who is in home hospice at our home in Howard Lake. It is an enormous help to me. Will, their delivery person is very professional, kind, brings a smile to my face and a new friend. Update: My Mom passed last Easter 2024. Will came over to offer his condolences, with his wife.
