I was out of the country for several weeks, but my house sitter informed me that I never received my order. As Kea Health has no contact information and it was also not possible to get an answer from the Amazon Delivery service, I herewith request that my my be immediately refunded to the card charged or that my items be re-delivered.

I ordered nicorette spray last week, paid $10 extra for USPS priority and gave $5 tip, and according to email from Kea, package was supposedly shipped FedEx and has been stuck in Ft Worth Tx for 5 days. I called Fed Ex and they said that 2 day express delivery order has been created, but they did not receive package yet. Two more days and I will get credit card company to reverse charges. I HAVE SCREENSHOTS OF EVERY STEP OF THE TRANSACTION. This company may be a fraud.

I have been using Kea Health for my nicotine gum for a while. I get great customer service. Always responds to emails in timely manner. Great prices and sales on gum. I love the bulk prices which I order when I can. I would like to thank the staff for everything you do.

Someone stole my information and I was unable to speak to a human to figure out where the package was indeed being shipped to. . They ran my credit card two different times for $82.14. = $164.28. I was forced to get my bank involved. I highly do not recommend this place for ANYTHING!!!!
