Kaza Medical Group-Pediatrics

We transferred to Dr. Kaza after several unpleasant experiences at another office in the area. I cannot say enough good things about this office. The staff is kind and always so helpful scheduling appointments/answering questions. We never have any issues being seen for a same day sick visit and someone from the office is always on-call when they’re closed. It is hard to say what I love most, but having access to your child’s pediatrician on nights/weekends is so comforting. Dr. Kaza does thorough examinations and you can tell she truly cares about the kids. We see Theresa often and we love her too. 10/10 recommend.

First time parent and as a result first pediatric office I’ve had experience with. The staff is friendly and helpful, they truly make you feel like family! Dr. Kaza is extremely knowledgeable and great with our kid! Recently had to call in on a holiday weekend for a sick infant and we were connected with PA Casella who was able to get a prescription called in quickly to start our little ones road to recovery fast!! Highly recommend!!

Dr. Kaza is an exceptional pediatrician. She previously cared for me as a patient and is now providing care for my son. Her extensive knowledge and compassionate approach to patient care are the reasons we have continued to entrust her with our family's healthcare across generations. The staff consistently demonstrate friendliness and a prompt willingness to assist.

The Doctors are byond wonderful. But the office staff has been not so great. They are nice to you. But I have had to wait more then once for them to stop scrolling on Facebook to check us in, phone flat on desk so you can see its facebook scrolling, then I went in to pick something up. Again very nice but person was talking to a friend standing at the desk. He moved over to let me get the paper but said to her you know that person has been on hold like 20 minutes. She waved like whatever and helped me. Then I called back to let her know I needed a referal. She satated the insurance company has to call me. I said I just talked to them and got all info they need on referal. They stated if the office needs anything else to please have the office call them. I explained this to the f
