Can’t express how wonderful it Is using mobility unlimited for all my repairs on my electric Hoyer lift and wheel chair. I call I speak with Jennifer servic coordinator and actions are taken sometimes with in hrs or next day. Joey, Josh should be recognized because these mechanics are quick and efficient with recognizing in Minutes of diagnose Issues. I’m so grateful for there pleasant and are all caring from Jennifer office staff and technicians. If there were more people like mobility unlimited this world would be perfect. Want to add mobility unlimited told me they will repair my wheel chair it’s well worth getting other resources to help pay for repairs rather than going through insurance. Purchased Lift Chair in 2022, below the MSRP , and cheaper than all the local competitors. Delivery was prompt. Delivery and set up included at no additional cost. The people are friendly and courteous. Jennifer was very helpful.

This past January while at a doctors appointment my wheelchair malfunctioned. Contacted mobility unlimited. They sent a technician one hour away from their office. Unfortunately, repairs could not be made at the hospital but the company made multiple trips to my home until the problem was solved. Thank God for them!! If they hadn't I would still be stuck in bed today. We are in the month of April. The service coordinator was pleasant and never gave up on was to help me. The technicians who came out never gave up or got frustrated trying to repair my wheelchair. Ultimately, my chair was repaired. The service did not take days or weeks. They came out right away!!

We went looking for a mobility scooter back in February of 2020. Found Mobility Unlimited, and was extremely satisfied from the moment we walked through the doors. Equipment and scooters were displayed so that they could be 'tried out' for that perfect fit, and after the initial greeting and standard 'what do you need' questions, we were left to peruse the showroom without any pressure. Staff was extremely helpful in answering our questions and were very knowledgeable about their products. We did buy a scooter from them, the big draw was the immediate delivery (right off the floor, so to speak) as well as the fact they do some servicing on site should the need arise. I highly recommend them when looking for any mobility scooter or handicap accessible equipment.

The two staff members we dealt with, Patrick and Michelle, were so helpful, professional, and knowledgeable. Patrick was amazingly patient with my 92 year old father as he test drove an electric wheelchair around his home. I highly recommend Mobility Unlimited.
