Kaup Pharmacy

I just moved to the area 3 or 4 months ago. I've had several rx sent in to kaup and consistently have an issue with one of them. 2 of the first 3 times I had to wait a day to pick up, not a big deal but an inconvenience. So I asked what I could do to avoid that in the future, and was told that they had a 3 day period that i could have it sent in early. So i did, I had the Rx sent in on a Wednesday to be picked up Friday. On Friday it was snowing so I called to ask if I could pick up or not.was told they didn't know if the medication would come in or not. Ok so I ask, does that mean Saturday or Monday? Was told that they didn't know, they weren't able to give me something if they didn't have it. The worst part is they made me feel like I was wrong to even ask the question. It surprises me

This used to be the best pharmacy period. Something happened over the last 8 months. Id avoid them if you can use them if you must.

Tried to order a knee scooter for myself, just had surgery and non weight bearing, my insurance out of pocket is 100 % paid and told me they’d cover the cost of one. Long story short, Kaup pharmacy rents them for 55 a month, don’t bill insurance because they seem to think they don’t make there money on something they purchased for 200 bucks, and they sell them outright for almost 400. I get you need to make some money, but making total profit and not using a persons insurance is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard of. Such a scam. I just switched to kaup pharmacy also, I will be switching back to my previous pharmacy do to kaup’s pharmacy trying to scam me out of money. Businesses these days.!!!! SMH.
