I was involved in a car accident and was referred to the Bronx location and couldn’t even see the doctor. I had a 2:45 appointment which I arrived about 20 minutes early for. It was so packed that I was told to stand outside and wait while I was in tremendous pain. The office is in a dingy building and it was scorching hot. After about standing outside for about 45 minutes they finally called me to fill out some forms. Before I even started filling out the forms I asked do you know how long the wait would be because my appointment time already past and I still can’t even sit in the office. The receptionist answered by saying “well this is a doctors office so you usually have to wait when you come”. I felt the staff was rude and I was sweating from standing and I was in immense pain. I can’t thank Erika and Dr Englehardt enough. Dr. Englehardt did a great job of explaining treatment and a post op care. Erika has been such a helpful hand during the process as well helping me with paper work and what have you. 10/10 experience.
