Katie has been working on me for several years. She helped me with chronic neck pain and headaches. Now I'm at a point where I can just do maintenance. I've been to other massage therapists and nothing has ever compared. She is very intuitive and experienced, and knows just the spots to work on. She checks in often on pain level. Katie does great deep tissue and trigger point massage. She also works on my teen daughter who struggles with chronic pain and very mild scoliosis. My daughter wishes she could go every week because her posture is dramatically different when she walks out of there, and she always feels so much better. We highly recommend Katie!

I met Katie nearly two decades ago. She is very approachable and intuitive, and I appreciate her in-depth understanding and application of various massage modalities. She seems to know just what I need and is a master at smoothing out the knots. I have no reason to go anywhere else for bodywork. :)
