Let me just start by saying I have been a patient of this practice since my early twenties and I’m now sixty six. I have never had a complaint before.I was a patient of DR. Kaplan and when he retired I started seeing Kathryn Jacks it been close to thirty years and I think the world of her! Send a message she always responds in a timely manner, she is very caring and compassionate.She has taken on many responsibilities and only does video appointments one day a week now. But she advised me to be seen. So I make my appointment that that I waited about six weeks for. Kathryn Jack is the most caring, understanding and compassionate provider I have ever seen. She is very positive & attentive and made sure that I was comfortable and understood what exactly was happening with my care. She is very smart and made sure she went above and beyond by following up with my care with other specialists and tests she referred me for.
