Kathleen Lenz

We have been with Kathy for several years and we love her. She is thorough and friendly and takes the time to listen and answer questions. Her entire staff are very friendly and thorough and go above and beyond to give us the help we need.

Dr. Lenz may be great but I wouldn’t know because the office staff who schedules the appointments is awful. I’m in awful pain when I make the call to see if there is any availability to see Dr. Lenz. The lady cuts me off before I can tell her what is going on and asks what my date of birth is. Then says since I have not been there in a couple years I have to see Elise..? Then she says but Elise can’t see you until Monday. This lady clearly didn’t care what I needed at all. If you don’t want to help people… maybe get out of the medical field for the sake of everyone else!

she seems a capable Nurse Practitioner but a lot of the times she does not listen to her patients, and make them feel like a hypochondriac or that you're exaggerating or just doesn't believe you. And when you truly voice your opinions to her, she at times loses it and threatens to send you somewhere else. I have surgery coming up and I want it to prove to her I AM SICK and do know my own body. See where it goes from here
