We moved to Greenbrier in November of last year and I hadn't even had a thought about looking for a local audiologist....until this morning! The speaker and dome came loose from my Phonak hearing aid and was stuck in my left ear. I called Kathleen Phillips office and was able to get a same day emergency appointment to see her. She quickly got the speaker and dome out of my ear and repaired my hearing aids, all in a matter of minutes. I was in and out in no time. I want to thank her and her office staff for really going the extra mile to help me out; I'm so appreciative! While there, I made an appointment to do my annual audio exam. Wonderful people.

I've done business with another audiologist in town and got rooked into applying for a care credit card and purchased 2 expensive hearing aids. I, myself, have 80% hearing loss in both ears. I had issues with my purchases, went to that audiologist to get them fixed and the lab, who were supposed to take them back and work on them, said the hearings aids and their parts were discontinued, so I couldn't get them fixed or replaced. I got stuck with continuing to pay for pieces of junk hearing aids and went to see Dr Kathleen. She gave me resources I needed to get new hearing aids, without getting myself into more debt. She and I can relate because she's hard of hearing like me. I'm very happy working with her and can rely on her fulfilling my hearing needs. It means a lot to have an audiologi
