Telephone appointment was scheduled for 2:30 PM, but the doctor never called. I then spent 30 minutes on hold to reach the office at 3:30, where they checked me in and took payment, saying the doctor would call right back. After another hour with no call, I was told the doctor had already left. Extremely unprofessional, and seems they simply don’t care about patients. I plan to contact my insurance regarding this practice.

Very unprofessional. An employee from this office called me today, July 4th at 8:45 AM, to “confirm my appointment for tomorrow,” even though my appointment was actually scheduled for today at 8:00 AM. Previously, I had asked at this office whether my insurance would cover the memory test. They checked and assured me that yes, my insurance definitely covers this type of test. However, when I tried to confirm the appointment online, I received a message saying: "Insurance verification has failed." But the most unpleasant part was not the scheduling confusion — it was the behavior of the woman who called to confirm my appointment one full day after the test had already taken place (!!). Worst Doctor ever I was referred by broward health to her.I didn't even walk in her office 5 minutes.She said you need to see an e.NT and then gave me a card for your nose and throat and would not even check my ear.Or anything else before she sent me out after they had taken 238.86 which they was only supposed to charge me 100.00 co pay
