Kat has provided me the most sustained pain relief for my shoulder and neck pain out of years of chiro, other massage, and acupuncture. I swear she sees the matrix of the body. It’s a very trigger point type targeted sports massage - and I could not speak any more highly of her or recommend her more strongly.
